With a low fat filling like tuna or turkey you will never feel hungry.  Leave out the traditional mayonnaise and opt for French mustard and pickles.  Take the time to look and you will see high fiber foods in every store.  Find some good recipes and start including them in your diet right away. This the way you will keep your digestive system happy.  This means that you will be happy because you are being cleansed and fed in a regular cycle.<strong><span id="more-41"></span></strong></p>

<p>Including High Fiber Foods in your daily diet is an important factor, in keeping your body functioning properly and therefore healthy.  Most people do not incorporate enough in their daily food intake and this can cause some very serious problems.  The importance of fiber in your diet can not be stressed enough, and, if you want to avoid those problems, you should make a point of including it in your diet.  It can be extremely beneficial.  After all, what‘s more important than your health?.</p>
<p>Why is fiber so important?  What it does is vital, with regards to the body’s functions.  Fiber is absolutely essential to the digestive system.  Without it, the body can not process your food properly and eliminate waste.  It also absorbs water in the body, which produces bigger stools that are softer.  The colon more easily contracts and both these factors make the stool easier to pass.  This also keeps the digestive tract healthy.  All are essential factors to keep the body healthy and help avoid constipation, and, all the other problems that this can create.</p>
<p>Many people suffer digestive problems un-necessarily.  Most of them can be avoided by simply including high fiber foods in your diet.  Symptoms can include, bloating, excessive wind and diarrhea.  It can also lead to more serious problems, such as ‘Diverticulitis’ Irritable Bowel &#8211; IBS and even cancer of the colon.  People find these conditions embarrassing and they can also prevent people leading a healthy and normal life.  High fiber foods are a great ‘quick fix’ for many of the symptoms and can even get some of the conditions sufficiently under control.  It lets people get on with living.</p>
<p>So which high fiber foods should you choose?  You probably have some of them in your everyday diet already.  You just do not include a sufficient amount of them.  It is essential to eat the recommended daily amounts, in order to keep the digestive tract working properly.  There is lots of information available on the internet and various books available with advice and recipes.  A ‘Nutritional Table’ is very useful; it will show lots of foods that are all high in fiber.  Most can be easily found and easily included in your daily diet.  Raw vegetable are a good source of fiber, for example, carrots, cabbage and turnips.  You may love a salad, but unfortunately, lettuce isn’t one of them.  Fruit is another good source, but don’t peel it!  Freshly blended juice or stewed fruit taste great and are an excellent source of fiber.  These foods are delicious.  If you are accustomed to eating processed foods your taste buds will have to readjust to these more natural flavors.  Soon you will prefer the taste of fresh food.</p>
